The bat399 Platform is available exclusively to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. bat399 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If you are found to be under 21, your account will be permanently closed and any remaining balance, including deposits and winnings, may be forfeited.

Each individual may register and operate only one bat399 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. bat399 will permanently suspend all associated accounts and may retain any funds held within them.

You must provide truthful and complete information when registering your bat399 account, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. bat399 may request supporting documentation at any time to verify your identity. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bat399 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. bat399 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must contact bat399 support immediately.

bat399 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Bangladeshi payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. bat399 reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and may vary by account tier and payment method. bat399 reserves the right to apply additional verification requirements for withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000 in a single transaction.

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are credited to your bat399 wallet in real time under normal operating conditions. bat399 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, mobile network congestion, or banking system maintenance. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes under normal operating conditions. bat399 targets same-channel withdrawals — your payout will be sent to the same mobile wallet or bank account used for your most recent deposit wherever technically possible. bat399 does not charge a platform fee on standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.

Where a deposit bonus has been claimed, the combined value of the deposit and bonus amount must be wagered the required number of times (as specified in the applicable promotion terms) before any withdrawal can be processed. Attempting to withdraw funds before meeting the applicable wagering requirement will result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

All transactions on the bat399 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bat399 does not currently support deposits or withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any amounts displayed with the ৳ symbol refer to Bangladeshi Taka only.

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by bat399 are subject to specific wagering requirements and time limits. Bonus terms for each individual promotion are published alongside the promotion. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this general Agreement, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

New bat399 players may be eligible for a first-deposit welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is available only to players who have not previously held a bat399 account. The bonus must be claimed within 7 days of account registration. Wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry periods are specified in the Welcome Bonus promotion page. bat399 reserves the right to modify or withdraw the welcome bonus at any time.

bat399 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; placing low-risk, mathematically-hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay; using automated tools to claim or wager bonuses; coordinating with other players to exploit promotional mechanics. bat399 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to permanently close accounts found engaging in bonus abuse.

bat399 may at its sole discretion restrict certain promotions to specific player segments, geographic regions within Bangladesh, payment methods, or game categories. Eligibility for any given promotion does not guarantee eligibility for future promotions. Players who have self-excluded or applied a cool-off period are not eligible to receive bonuses for the duration of their restriction.

All bets placed on the bat399 Platform are subject to acceptance by bat399. bat399 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion — including bets placed on events already in progress, bets that exceed applicable stake limits, or bets placed following a technical error that resulted in incorrect odds being displayed.

Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game type, event, and market. Specific stake limits are displayed within each game or betting market. bat399 reserves the right to impose individual account-level stake restrictions where unusual betting patterns are identified.

In the event of a technical malfunction — including but not limited to game server errors, disconnection events, software bugs, or incorrect results being displayed — bat399 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player wallets. bat399 is not responsible for losses arising from a player's own internet connection, device failure, or power outage.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bat399 Platform:

• Arbitrage betting across markets or platforms to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome
• Using automated scripts, bots, or third-party betting software
• Exploiting pricing errors or technical glitches to place bets at incorrect odds
• Collusion with other players in poker, live table games, or any other format
• Match-fixing or placing bets based on insider knowledge of an event's outcome

Live casino games on the bat399 Platform are operated by certified third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. Game outcomes in these environments are governed by the rules and systems of the respective providers. bat399 presents these games as a platform intermediary and does not control individual game outcomes. Slot and RNG-based game outcomes are determined by independently maintained random number generators operated by the game's software provider.

Access to bat399 is strictly limited to individuals aged 21 and above. bat399 does not knowingly allow minors to register or use the Platform. If it is discovered that a player is under the age of 21, their account will be immediately and permanently closed, all funds will be refunded to the original payment method where technically possible, and any winnings will be voided.

bat399 provides players with self-exclusion tools accessible through the account dashboard. Players may apply a temporary cool-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, or a permanent self-exclusion. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing an existing limit is subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before the higher limit becomes active. Decreasing a limit takes effect immediately.

bat399 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if bat399 reasonably believes that: the player has breached any provision of this Agreement; the player has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity; the player has attempted to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform vulnerabilities; or the continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of this Agreement — including but not limited to fraud, multi-accounting, bonus abuse, or prohibited betting activity — bat399 reserves the right to forfeit all funds held in the account, including deposits, bonus balances, and winnings. bat399 will retain such funds as liquidated damages to offset the administrative and commercial costs associated with the breach.

Players may request the closure of their bat399 account at any time by contacting support@bat399.pro. Upon receiving a valid closure request, bat399 will process any outstanding withdrawal of the remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) within 5 business days. Once an account is closed, any associated bonus balances will be voided.

bat399 collects, stores, and processes personal data provided during registration and platform use in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By creating a bat399 account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data will never be sold to third parties for marketing purposes unrelated to bat399.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bat399 is incorporated and operates internationally. bat399 operates as an internationally licensed platform and does not represent that use of the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions. It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing bat399 complies with the laws applicable in their location within Bangladesh.

In the event of any dispute between a player and bat399, the player must first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting bat399 customer support at support@bat399.pro, providing full details of the dispute and any supporting evidence. bat399 aims to respond to all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through direct support contact, the parties agree to pursue resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal legal proceedings.

This Agreement, together with any specific game rules, promotion terms, and the bat399 Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between bat399 and the player with respect to the subject matter herein. It supersedes all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to bat399's services. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
